1. Program description
WellnessApp Research is a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC. WellnessApp Research offers two separate optional SMS programs. Account notifications include inquiry confirmations, request status, and coordination updates. Opportunity updates include recurring information about app-based health studies, digital research activities, and participant education. Selecting one program does not enroll you in the other.
2. How to opt in
You may opt in by entering an optional mobile number, selecting the unchecked box for the specific SMS category you want, accepting the website terms, and submitting the form. Your choice is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of receiving a free guide, educational information, or coordination assistance.
3. Message sender and first message
Messages identify WellnessApp Research. The first message confirms the selected program, states that message frequency varies, says that message and data rates may apply, explains how to reply STOP to cancel and HELP for support, and confirms that WellnessApp Research is not a research organization or healthcare provider.
4. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your choices, account activity, and potentially relevant opportunities. Wireless carriers may charge message or data rates according to your plan. We do not charge a separate fee for SMS messages.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out immediately. We send one confirmation message and then no further messages for the opted-out program unless you later provide a new, documented opt-in. Opt-out records are maintained server-side to help prevent further delivery.

7. Privacy and data sharing
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, shared, or transferred to research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, or third-party marketers. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate the messaging program under confidentiality and security obligations.
If you request a specific introduction, contact information is shared only with the named independent program, solely for that introduction, after you receive separate notice and provide separate consent. SMS consent itself is not transferred.
8. Eligibility and number ownership
You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. Tell us promptly if your number changes or is reassigned. Not all carriers or devices are supported, and delivery is not guaranteed.
9. Program boundaries
SMS messages provide account information and opportunity education only. WellnessApp Research does not conduct studies, make participation decisions, screen eligibility, provide healthcare advice, or guarantee availability or acceptance. Independent programs control their own activities and criteria.
10. Changes or termination
We may modify or end an SMS program where permitted by law. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued participation after an effective update constitutes acceptance, but you may opt out at any time.
