WellnessApp Research is a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC. These Terms of Use govern your access to WellnessApp Research. By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry or request an introduction through this website.
3. Educational and informational purpose
WellnessApp Research provides general education about app-based wellness research and helps people discover independent opportunities. Content is not healthcare advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, or a substitute for guidance from a licensed healthcare provider.
4. Independent programs
WellnessApp Research is not a research organization, sponsor, investigator site, healthcare provider, screening service, or enrollment service. Independent organizations control their own protocols, eligibility criteria, safety practices, participation decisions, and activities. We do not supervise or guarantee them.
5. No guarantee
Submitting an inquiry does not apply you to a study, determine eligibility, reserve a place, or guarantee that any opportunity is available. Any decision to contact or participate with an independent program is yours. Review that program's materials and consider consulting your licensed healthcare provider.
6. Coordination service
We may identify an independent program that appears generally aligned with interests you voluntarily shared. We will not send your contact information to that program unless we first describe the specific introduction and receive your separate consent. An introduction is a courtesy and is not an endorsement or acceptance decision.
7. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful personal purposes.
- Do not interfere with security, copy the website at scale, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, or misuse contact channels.
